South Davis Recreation's Tri Season opener! This is a great way to start off your Season of Triathlon! This signature race is a great way to start off your triathlon season and is perfect for all levels of triathletes! We have many different athletes attend each year; including beginners, young athletes and experienced, advanced triathletes! The venue is family friendly and there's a distance for all different levels of fitness.
DISTANCES
Sprint: 350 yd swim / 12.3 mi bike / 3.35 mile run
Novice: 150 yd swim / 2.4 mi bike / 1.5 mile run
Youth: 150 yd swim / 2.4 mi bike / 1.5 mile run
Relay: Split the sprint distance events between 3 people
Race Day Schedule:
Packet Pickup: Saturday May 9th - 5:30am - 7:00am
Start: 7:30am
Serpentine start seeded by swim times. (Novice & Youth will begin immediately following the Sprint.)
Awards Ceremony: Begins approximately at 10:00am in the Bountiful City Park Bowery
